A Guide to Men’s Mental Health Care
Based on the symptoms of mental health in a male it is important to seek help as it can lead to domestic violence which can lead to women’s mental health. On a documentary Ross Kemp did going to prisons, many of the prisoners said they just committed crimes so they could end up in prison, some being in and out of prison a number of times. Someone getting raped could be a sign of someone with mental health issues if the male is filled with anger, gangs are based on people struggling from poverty or issues at home but can have a major impact, but are all possible signs of mental health especially in men.
It is best to understand mental health in both genders because if you are in a relationship it could be the difference of things escalating to something worse to saving a persons life. If you see signs encourage them to get help and find a strategy to keep people close safe especially if living under the same roof.
