Moodgym

It’s been developed to help people manage their emotions and feelings, when  they are struggling to cope with anxiety and depression.

Pioneered in Australia, it features helpful information. along with tasks and quizzes you can do, to improve your emotional wellbeing. These are based upon based upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a therapy that aims to improve the way you react to, and think, about things.

Moodgym also features a journal, so that you can chart your progress. You can dip in and out of the programme and go at your own pace.
