CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)- Talking therapy that helps manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave.

Counselling- Talking therapy that helps cope with emotional issues.

Psychotherapy- Talking therapy

Art Therapy- Therapy that uses creative tools as a mode of expression and communication.

Ecotherapy- Therapy that involves outdoor activities in nature.

Mindfulness- Paying attention to present moment.

Meditation- Used to help calm the mind.

Music Therapy- Therapy that uses music.

Please note: This is a charity run by volunteers and they are not all trained in these treatments however some might be able to guide you if needed. Please speak to our volunteers for guidance and/or signposting.
